Welcome to Water Class!
Water Class has been designed as a simulation of a typical marine sports school in order to demonstrate the way Class Calendar interacts with the established structure of any training facility.
Class Calendar is an online booking system - your online organizer. Fully customized to fit a school's requirements, the system will allow you to manage bookings, customers, cancellations and retail - whether you are a customer, sales staff or a school administrator. The following is a guide to using the demonstration system which will allow you to get acquainted with the software, user-friendly and hassle-free.

The first step will allow you to use Class Calendar as a customer. You will be able to browse courses, view alternative dates and make and cancel bookings. As Water Class is an imaginary school, no payments will be taken; simply enter any 12-digit number in the credit card section to see the fast and efficient way your booking is confirmed in form of an e-mail receipt. Using the system as a customer provides you with the opportunity to experience its proficiency and accessibility, which dispels the wariness many users feel when using online services.

Managing Class Calendar as a school administrator means that you will be able to design your own courses, view bookings, access your customer database, schedule and re-schedule classes etc. In order to do this, please contact Class Calendar to receive your staff user name and password, which will be send to you immediately provided you are calling within office hours.
While you can investigate the software on your own, the Class Calendar team is keen to navigate you the demonstration system either in person or over the phone. This will allow us to understand your queries and specific requirements and thus answer any questions you may have along with being able to help you customise your Class Calendar account according to your needs.
